Biostratigraphic research on the seamount ferromanganese crusts of the mid-Pacific Ocean

  • 摘要: 用生物地层学方法对位于中太平洋同一座海山上的2块铁锰结壳样品进行了生物地层学详细研究,发现2块样品的生长层位对应,生物组合也相同。经鉴定,2块结壳的主要生长期都是晚古新世、中始新世至晚始新世、中中新世至上新世、上新世至更新世,2个主要的结壳生长间断分别在渐新世和早始新世。
