  • 摘要: 多倍体生物诱导和特性的研究是水产养殖研究领域的一个热点,多倍体生物由于其倍性原因往往不育,从而把用于繁殖的能量和物质转到生长方面,使其生长加快、个体较大,因而具有肉肥味美的特点和较高的经济价值.牡蛎多倍体研究是自20世纪80年代初开始的,在诱导方法、生长发育和繁殖传代等各方面均有研究报道[1~7].
