硒对两种盐藻生长的影响及其在细胞中的累积和分布

摘要: 由于有机硒的重要医疗保健作用,利用生物合成方法生产有机硒引起了人们的兴趣.本文试图利用有重要食用和医疗价值的盐藻(Dnualiella salina、D.bardawil),通过在培养过程中添加Na2SeO3的方法,来富集和转化硒.
