固定化培养对亚心形扁藻生理功能及超微结构的影响

摘要: 以亚心形扁藻(Platymonas subcordiformis)为材料,研究了2%(W/V)的褐藻胶包埋,用不同浓度的CaCl2(0.5、0.75、1.0、1.5及2.0mol/dm3)处理,在不同培养温度下(25℃、15℃)对细胞的生长、形态、光合作用及呼吸作用的影响.发现最佳固定化培养条件为CaCl2 0.5mol/dm3,培养温度为25℃.固定北培养的细胞有较高的光合作用速率.在其他条件相同的情况下,在15℃条件下比25℃条件下有较高的光合作用速率.扫描电镜观察表明,固定化培养的亚心形扁藻细胞变大,表面凹凸不平.本文还就固定化培养各个因子之间的关系及固定化培养的意义和应用前景进行了讨论.
