几种海洋生物高度不饱和脂肪酸的比较研究

摘要: 采用修改的Stumpf法研究了两种海洋动物(灰凹贻贝Crenomythilus graianus和中间球海胆Strongylocentrotus intermedius)和两种海洋植物(内枝多管藻Polysiphonia morrowii、角托马尾藻Sargassum aemulum)的脂肪酸组成,其结果如下。1.灰凹贻贝的肝脏中含有大量的DHA(占总脂的14.26%);2.中间球海胆的总脂中含有15.69%的EPA;3.内枝多菅藻脂中的主要脂肪酸为EPA,占总脂的45.03%:4.角托马尾藻中的AA含量为其总脂的19.34%.因此,上述4种海洋生物,是提取EPA、AA和DHA的好材料。
