青岛近海微型、超微型浮游藻类的研究

摘要: 本文对青岛近岸水域微型和超微型游游藻进行了周年(1989年5月-1990年4月)的生态研究,结果表明:在大多数月份里,微型浮游藻(3-20μm)对叶绿素a总量的贡献最大;大型浮游藻(大于20μm)次之;超微型浮游藻(0.2-3μm)的贡献最小。反映了青岛近岸水域浮游藻群落的温带近岸区系性质。微型和超微型浮游藻组成分析结果指出,青岛近岸水域以叶绿素细胞为主,PE细胞居次要地位;群落的类群组成有明显的季节变化。在不同季节(5月、8月、11月、2月)对微型和超微型浮游藻进行的昼夜连续视察结果表明,叶绿素a含量有明显的昼夜变化,变化特征随季节的不同而有所改变。对环境因子的影响分析表明,青岛近岸水域营养盐含量在年周期内都能满足微型和超微型浮游藻的正常生长所需,不成为限制因子。
